Assistive Technology (AT) guidance for closing third-party modals on Android

To close third-party modals that do not have a close button, use the following methods:

  • Using the TalkBack screen reader: Perform a two-finger swipe from left to right.
  • Using a Bluetooth keyboard: Press Alt + ESC to close the app. When you reopen the app, your ID card will be displayed, and the print dialog box will be closed.

To close Share dialog without a close button, use the following methods:

  • Using the TalkBack screen reader: Perform a two-finger swipe from top to bottom.
  • Using a Bluetooth keyboard: Press Alt + Tab to close the Share dialog and return to the previous screen.
